osCommerce Admin Usability Modifications

I have been working on another osCommerce demonstration cart the last few days. Something that drives me nuts when I am using the admin area is the number of clicks required to make a change. I am not sure if this should be classed as "essential", but the changes detailed definitely improves the usability of osCommerce admin in my opinion. These changes are relatively simple and quick.

1. Clicking a row in the configuration section edits the setting. By default, clicking a setting row shows you the current value with an edit button. It is a minor edit to make the setting immediately editable, skipping a step.


2. Easier menu accessibility. By default not all links in admin are displayed. This, more often than not, adds an extra click when you want to access another page.
